His reply email supplied only his address, but still failed to submit a complete DMCA notice as I requested. Without repsonse, he sent a followup email hours later saying: "I hereby retract my claim of copyright infringement." Because I believe this person is a minor and/or mentally unwell, I'm not going to post this information and will consider the problem resolved.
