Hi,

I wish to report abuse from the domain kiwifarms.net that has been registered
through your service. I run a crisis and suicide prevention hotline for the
transgender community in the US and Canada. We were recently altered about
this site whose members are doxing and harassing people. They seem to
particularly target transgender women who are autistic.

There was a woman in Canada who died by suicide as a result of their harassment.

I would also like to point out that Nina calls herself the director of a "crisis and suicide prevention hotline", but the digging team in Greta's / Trans LifeLine's thread elsewhere have determined she does not formally call their 501(c)3 a suicide prevention hotline because they aren't actually one. I'm curious if this email would damage them as a consequence.

They are classified as an F40, which means their primary activity must be hotline/crisis intervention.

Honestly, I don't think there's any issue with her characterising TLL in the way she did as long as suicide prevention is one of their aims. They're not required by law to be effective at it.

Where they potentially run into significant issues is with any grants they have been given. Grants are never unconditional and it's a big deal if you either lie in order to get them or don't spend them within the conditions.

I'm not sure the organisations which have given grants to TLL would be impressed with Greta's behaviour. They didn't give that money so Greta could rock up to people's houses to intimidate them and their own boards should be called upon to explain why they are donating to an organisation which considers such behaviour by an Executive Director acceptable.

Not only does Greta not hide her inappropriate behaviour, she openly gloats about it - so no organisation which grants money to TLL has the excuse of "we couldn't have known", so the question of whether inappropriate personal favours by people within the granting organisation were involved should be examined.

I'm also somewhat curious about how they fall with anti-discrimination laws. Here, you're allowed to "positively" discriminate but you need to give your legal authority to do so - so organisations who only want volunteers from a certain demographic will always quote the part of the legislation which allow their narrow targeting in ads for paid or unpaid positions. That said, I'm not certain US anti-discrimination law is as comprehensive as ours.

Nina sure seems to have worked a lot for someone who doesn't have a green card.
