I know this is Phil and he has a fucked up sense of priorities and needs but it still bewilders me how he can say, with a straight face, "I'm spending a third of my income on tattoos" while living under a bridge. And in a way that sounds like it's a great thing.

Y'know, after reading posts like these where he brags about his flagrant misuse of his tugboat, I'm always shocked that some A-Log doesn't send screencaps in an effort to get his disability revoked. It would probably work, to be honest.
