You have posted a photo of Rome Viharo without his permission onto Kiwi Farms (https://kiwifarms.net/threads/olive...rkofkri-many-more.17515/page-149#post-2042401; it was also a Kiwi Farms user who defamed Rome Viharo by writing an Encylopedia Dramatica entry. The user in question is called "Kiwi Pyre" as the edit history shows (https://encyclopediadramatica.se/Rome_Viharo

Please remove the photo and delete the ED article, otherwise I will take legal action against your forum. Please cease cyberbullying.

Users are responsible for their posts as per 47 U.S.C. § 230. We are under no obligation to delete content which offends you. As we are a service provider, your legal complaint must be raised directly with the person responsible for the offending content. We are not obligated to voluntarily surrender information to help you do this.

Since you will ignore my emails, I am contacting legal professionals for advice. Your mail address is 3750 Don Janeal Rd Pensacola, FL? It would be easy for you to just remove at least the photo. Last chance. That photo was stolen without permission and your forum re-published it.

The address you have on record is defunct. I am not required to give you information for servicing. I am not required to give you personal information. Considering the threatening demeanor of your emails, it is unlikely you will receive assistance with this issue.

Legal professionals will educate you on what fair use is and how you cannot attack service providers for content other users have posted and still own. Legal professionals charging you to file injunctions against people who have nothing to do with your legal quarrel are stealing your money and laughing at you.

I cannot give you legal advice, though my personal advice would be to get over it. Keep in mind the copyright holder of the original photo is Rome Viharo, not you. Unless you are a legal representative of Rome Viharo who is given formal permission to act on behalf of his property, it would be perjury to file a copyright complaint on that property's behalf. Either way, you will be required to provide your full name and address for counter-servicing in order to service at all.
