SHORT STORY
This dude posts pics of himself in diapers and then we find out he has a gaming channel so we put that in the title. He wanted to get off on humiliation but he also puts a lot of effort into that gaming channel and now people can find it. He's apparently doing collabs with other YouTubers and is desperate to having it removed.

He filed a DMCA complaint against the pics he posted (which doesn't work because upon registering you give me irrevocable rights to publish whatever you post), but I was going to oblige the request by accepting $1000 from him as dispute resolution. The problems are: he'd take 26 weeks to pay off that debt he says, and I'm afraid of both legal and moral problems that could arise from accepting any money for content deletion. I turned him down and ignored him.

He has since sent me well over 100 emails begging that the thread be removed. I've not said anything about it because I didn't want to exasperbate visibility issues should I opt to take money, but that's out the window and I leave it up... to you!

Oh, I saw his thread when it was created. I think this is a ruse of his. I looked at his YouTube account and his videos have a trivial number of views: often under 100. I don't see any link to another channel of his in his thread, and there's no visible connection to the account of the video posted here. I don't think he actually has a career to destroy.

Whether you accept this offer or not, his stunt indulges him. So, my opinion is to keep the status quo. If you accept money for removing a thread, then that will set a precedent that will cause enormous complications. Others will propose paying for removal, you will have to decide who qualifies and how much they should pay, how to respond to objections to those decisions, etc.
