Oh but those kekey dance moves in his mom's basement. That will attract a sexy female that he can drool on!
Lol, he's all but confirmed for being estranged with his parents. That was probably in the hallway at work or in the house where he was previously renting a room (he's been evicted at least once since he filmed that video).
It's really amazing how Russ' life and "plight" are so unsympathetic. Usually people are some area of grey on the relatable scale, but Russ is just so alien to any at least somewhat functional adult. This lonely cow's only emotional outlet is failing in court. Damn, made myself sad again :(

My only guess is he means three days til he DMCAs KF or Null.
He has no idea what he's going to do. It's like when a parent tells their kid to stop something and then starts counting. If he knew what to do he would have already done it. Maybe he'll try small claims court again, the filing fees are about at his level. Or he'll figure something else out. But his hubris makes him think just his "legal" threat will be as scary as if it were from a real lawyer.

If he does actually file a DCMA, could someone who is more familiar with this type of thing say whether he is required to give an estimate of potential losses incurred? Because we all know no one would buy his book anyway, and it would be hilarious if he had to reveal that the losses are basically nothing.
A DMCA takedown notice? That doesn't require any damages, it's just a demand for a hosting site to remove copyrighted material. If they subsequently remove the material, they're safe. If not, they no longer have safe harbor and the owner\operator can be sued like anyone else.

If he were actually to go to federal court suing someone for infringement he would have to go after the profits they made (not applicable), actual losses to him (probably about zero, since no one is willing to pay money for his book so he would have had the same sales) or statutory damages. The latter would be most useful but also would require him to have registered the copyright of his work before or soon after he published it (too late now).

Edit: Apparently he did register the copyright so he could sue for statutory damages if he could prove how many people received the infringed work. Get going on those subpoenas, hotlips.

Also, we're not hosting it. We're sharing it for the purposes of criticism.

haha what is this I don't even. Is he complaining he found the book advertised on an ad in the webpage itself, or is he whining about criticism of it with excerpts of text used for the purposes of commentary (thus protected via the Fair Usage rules)? Or did someone Archive the whole darn works and he's buttmad about that?

If he's a Mormon, he's a bad one. You never ask for the book back. Neva
He was excommunicated for trying to get laid on his mission, plus I suspect his brothel shenanigans didn't endear him to the church officials. Aside from trying to nail everyone that's female and good looking, he's still Mormon in his outlook. He says he's a progressive liberal, but he's a hardcore Trump supporter. He's conservative except for his views on sex.
