IANAL myself, but from what I understand lying about being a lawyer can be a crime, but only if you use the misrepresentation to commit a fraud or practice law without a license. Telling people you're a lawyer to try to impress them on a date or something is stupid but not illegal. So lying about being her own lawyer in an email that doesn't actually contain any legal filings I don't think crosses the line into being a crime, though that probably depends on the law in her home state (Georgia).

And you can tell that it's her not an actual lawyer representing her because I'm pretty she thinks almost everyone is out to get her for some reason.
