Original Work: My name is Scott Ford and I am a graphic artist operating under the company name of Aetus Art with online aliases of “Aetus,” “haliaeetus,” “M. E. Vehnt,” and “moisteaglevent”. 6. Finally, there’s also a snippet of an article I wrote about bald eagle reproduction. I’ve since removed this from furaffinity.net but it had been posted under the same Fur Affinity account (haliaeetus).
You're required to have a Fur Affinity membership and disabled adult filters to view the above content. Because of this, I’ve also rendered screen-shots of the original images, opened as working files in Photoshop and annotated with my unique watermarks as semi-transparent layers. Similarly, I screenshotted my network folders where the selfies were stored and signed/watermarked them as well. If you would like these images as proof that I am the creator, please provide a means to send the images.
The anonymous poster mentions that my material is available ONLY to members of the source sites yet they copied it anyway. In addition to violating copyright law, the post also creates the opportunity for minors to access pornographic material anonymously without an account—something I take extra efforts to avoid.

Hi Scott,
I've reviewed the allegedly infringing work and believe it is used fairly. The author of the post is criticizing your art and person in a way which necessarily requires the material he has used to make their point. Without that fair use of alleged work, his post would be just a rant. In no way does the use of this work infringe upon any market reserved by the original work.
Where it was originally posted is irrelevant to this complaint, as is what age restrictions you put on it. The Kiwi Farms is also an adult website, noted in the footer: "This website is for adult audiences. If it is illegal for you to view adult material, leave immediately."
I believe in good faith that the works are used fairly for the purposes of criticism and ridicule.
