Unless they can actually prove said images would taint a jury pool I doubt they could obtain a court order but its Utica NY and upstate is where magistrates are known to be colossal imbeciles. Kiwi Farms isn't mainstream enough to make a legit claim on that basis though.

I don't think there's any case to be made for taking them down as it stands. The argument that it taints juries or hurts feefees has been moot since OJ, and speaking of moot any case that it needs to go down for other reasons would necessitate hitting bigger sites like 4chan, reddit, discord, etc., first.
