An LLC can be managed by a member or someone contracted or hired to be its manager. I believe the term for someone authorized to accept correspondence or DMCA/legal notices is "Registered Agent" and that person's valid contact information must be maintained as part of the LLC's report that keeps it active in its home state.
Yes, the post in question makes no reference to anything other than Erin's information, so I fail to see how any business or LLC would have standing to complain. Worse, "Sweet Erin" is such a generic term -- and most likely not legally recognized as being uniquely associated with the person in question -- that it could be deemed insufficient to be used to file a DMCA claim. Apparently, people nowadays lack the requisite brainpower to know what a valid DMCA request is, what is and isn't subject to a DMCA request, and how to properly send one that will get an appropriate response. Meanwhile, we get more content to laugh or otherwise poke fun at.
An LLC registered in state #1 that wishes to do business under the same name in state #2 would have to register as a Foreign LLC in the latter. This would be moot if PinkSparkles Media LLC doesn't actually exist. There are people that claim to represent corporations or LLCs that upon further investigation are found to not exist (or never existed).
There are some apps that choke badly when someone tries to cut & paste anything other than plain text from a different application to it. Those who blindly cut & paste text like this and send it without first checking it for spelling and formatting errors deserve whatever lulz they get.
