The thing that gets me is he knows it is going to get fixed. Something like this happens 2-3 times a year and it's always reversed. The only reason such a large number were claimed was Phil gaming the system chopping playthroughs into 10 minute chunks. He isn't losing a cent from this but he sure as hell will grift a few by bitching about it.

Also, someone please correct my boomer ass but there is a distinction between claiming revenue on a video and a copyright strike, yes? When I was last paying attention, three copyright strikes in such close succession meant your ass was grass in YouTube's eyes. I'd imagine five hundred of them in a twenty-four hour period would land you in some kind of Internet Hell for all time.

Correct. It's a Content ID claim and doesn't count as a strike against you. The original owners of the content can choose to block it or to allow it to remain live with revenue going to the claimant rather than the uploader. I have many of them.

Phil debunks this every other month on average on stream so to be fair to him, I'm going to cut to the chase and give you his explanation of this complaint; he appealed his adsense ban years later after it was suspended and they reinstated it so it's not a ban evasion account, it's a previously suspended account reinstated, distinct difference. Is that the true and honest situation on adsense? I don't know or really care, just putting it out that this is what DSP would say to answer your complaint cheer/sub/tip message about using multiple accounts against the adsense terms of service.

Also, damn nice of DSP to dole out the lulz even on his off day, he's is in a generous giving mood this holiday season, at least from this point of view!
