Also, I remember where I saw the video hosting address before.
It sprung up right before the major hostilities in Ukraine has stopped. It rehosted videos of a prominent anti-Ukrainian video blogger (who recently tried to get himself elected into Ukrainian parliament) and I believe it's also used as a SEO tool for advancing certain queries in search engines when necessary (I have limited knowledge in that but I do remember some kind of discussion about it, with a focus on its non-existing design and how it was structured). And it smells Kremlin.
Email in WHOIS query gives me this guy:
egrinf.com
Chernoivan Vladimir Aleksandrovich, Kaliningrad.
Registered as an individual entrepreneur (a class of entities in ex-USSR tax codes) with outlined trade activities as follow:
1. Specialist cosmetics selling.
2. Specialist souvenir selling.
3. Specialist funeral and funeral accessories selling.
I've had a chance to get acquainted with legal documentation of enterprises that seek to either evade taxes or obscure themselves and boy is my alarm ringing.
Sorry for longposting.
