Did he? AFAIK, he met the goal every stream, although he needed to go overtime for some of them.

However, he did get lots of chargebacks, which obviously makes the streak completely illegitimate, but Phil obviously doesn't care.

Phil is such a deplorable specimen.

He introduces his "camo vest" smiling, like it's such a positive thing he's doing, acting cheerfully towards the chat as if everyone is happy to see yet another vest, all while every single person in the chat is making fun of him, saying it's a shit vest, how stupid it is to have another vest as a "celebration" etc. It's like he's schizophrenic and sees the world as something completely different than what it really is.

Frankly, let Phil have his money. I no longer need to wish to see Phil facing some sort of "retribution" in life for his stupid decisions. Just being the joke of a person that he is is already a severe enough punishment.
