He'll still get paid by Twitch, there is absolutely nothing preventing him from lying about it. His phans have no way of proving whether he gets paid (outside of some well-justified autism).

That or he's one of the people who just uses Phil's existence as material, and, like Quarterpounder, can't be bothered to try NOT looking like a stupid ignorant ass in the process. I mean, us detractors use him for laughs too, we just don't suck at it because we generally have more dignity than that. With exceptions, of course.

Never have I heard a more absurd statement than Phil's denial of ever speaking a hateful slur. Like, has he ever listened to himself? There's most likely not a single stream in the modern era without him insulting people present in his stream, people who have nothing to do with him but happen to be more successful, developers get shit constantly (especially Treyarch, but this is excusable as braindead salt) and sometimes people get treated like shit because they refuse to open their wallets in a very specific way. He slurs when he's mad, when he's just slightly annoyed, when he can't think of an argument, everytime someone scratches his thin skin. Latelly he calls everyone an idiot, just for disagreeing with him. And calling people mentally ill isn't quite that rare. Delusional!

The other thing to keep in mind is Phil's threshold for feeling himself entitled to victory is very low. You see this in virtually all things, and it's a major contributing factor to his tantrums over taking an L, as well as his lack of learning anything from it because he's too busy being emotional. Phil clearly think it's enough the fact that he doesn't say shit like "chicky-chang-wang" and "n-word it's time!", because 1) his sense of being offensive isn't normal to begin with, 2) Twitch hasn't shown enough irritation at his berating of his fans for him to learn that line in the sand, and 3) in Phl's mind he has gone way past that with his puritan act.
It's not an accident or a coincidence that Phil tried to argue that the 24-hour exclusivity clause couldn't be it because they let it slide for years. He's still a child, and anybody signing his paychecks is his mommy, responsible for making sure that not only does he know the rules, but he abides by them because mommy never fails to punishes him for breaking them. Phil is that kind of person, the epitome of it even. You HAVE to always catch him and discipline him, without fail, or else it's your fault he acted up. You let it go for years, so it wasn't a rule, and he deserves to get his partnership back. That's how he thinks.

It's a bit more gray than that. I'd assume "hateful slur" means a racial / epithet, but I agree it could just mean the constant abuse that dribbles out of Phil's mouth-hole.
If Twitch responded with "You are a vulgar low-life without sportsmanship, humor, or skill, and we do not want to cheapen ourselves by associating with you" then I'd respect them more.
I was just using an example of something offensive he does daily that demonstrates how much he hasn't actually matured. I don't actually expect Twitch to act on behalf of said retards' best interests and dispose of the pigroach. They're a company, not somebody's parents. Though it would be admirable, I suppose.
I don't know if I would respect them for that, since they would still be Twitch, but it would certainly speak volumes as to how much of a fucking worthless shit you have to be to earn that statement from them.
