What clients? To repeat, Phil is competing with attractive, fit 18-25 year old guys, stereotypical shemales, and underage kids (cos that's what the market wants). No-one is going to give a fat, ugly, stinking homeless freak in his 30s any money for any sexual act. He's too old and too unattractive, and there's way too much competition.

Plus, if you look like a man, people will call you 'he'. And Phil definitely looks like a man (and has the balls to prove it).

Whenever I hear somebody ask to be referred to as 'they/them' I immediately get the impression that such usage implies the person being spoken of is so distasteful to the speaker that they don't even want to confirm their gender.
Personally, I think asking to be called "they" is akin to using a "Royal We", and anyone that does it has a mental illness that makes them think they're royalty. In which case, they need better meds.
