Again he also did Shintoism between Wicca and Buddhism because he’s a weeaboo without realizing there’s no real formal process to convert to the religion and in fact it requires you to bathe regularly and respect your ancestors and especially your parents. I think he forgot about it or realized there aren’t any Shinto Shrines he can regularly attend and decided he was Buddhist.

Well I can't see Phil going Sikh anymore than him going Muslim, and for much the same reasons; he lacks discipline and he's scared of brown people. Sikhi might be worse because an overwhelming majority of Sikhs are Punjabi even in the diaspora. And forget about him going Amritdhari because he would be too embarrassed and scared to actually wear a turban in public!

Actually I'd say Sikhs are pretty well known and even trendy in certain internet circles these days, though that doesn't really equate to much actual knowledge of their beliefs or practices, let alone many white hipster converts. Phil tends to be ignorant and behind the times so I doubt he knows the Sikh faith even exists of course despite being one of the largest religions in the world. I suspect he's one of the ignorant masses who assumes they are Muslim or Hindu simply because they can't fathom the idea of multiple religions existing in South Asia.

On the other hand, Phil would absolutely love the idea of Khalistan and Sikh nationalism/terrorism because of course he would. Those sorts of beliefs are almost exclusively found outside of Punjab and outside of India in general these days specifically because the locals have had enough problems dealing with terrorism and ethnic separatism in the recent past. Only a gora with no connection to India would get so radicalized.

Of course, Phil's other problem is that most Desis don't care about some weird gora playing dress up, but his SJW friends would definitely accuse him of "cultural appropriation." Ironically they are as racist as the white supremacists. They don't want white people dressing, eating or worshipping as Indians!

Materialism in that context isn't love of stuff or love of the world, but rather philosophical materialism.

It is the belief that nothing beyond the material exists.
No ghosts, no gods, no souls, no heaven, no real mind-body duality etc

I actually assumed atheism of phil simply because he doesn't have the mental capacity to entertain even simple ideas of theoretical higher planes of existence or higher consciousness.

Oh dear lord, I don't remember that phase. I do remember him drawing some hijabis during his weeaboo phase and even some Islamic road signs, but this is especially hilarious. I suspect again that he had some sort of fetish. There's a whole subculture of hijabi porn featuring "Muslim" women (as often as not Latina actresses, since there are about as few Muslims in the porn industry as there are Christians for obvious reasons). I wouldn't be shocked if Phil was into that despite his weird racism towards brown people. Quite often you see that sort of racist fetishization amongst his sort.

I wonder if Phil's SJW friends ever saw this. Obviously this was before the current era of identity politics, but I'd be genuinely surprised if he didn't get called out for "cultural appropriation." I'm guessing Phil stopped wearing the hijab because he was afraid of getting his ass kicked by another bigot, despite living in ultra-lefty locales.

I seem to remember another photo of Phil's phirst attempts at crossdressing from his college days, and some hideous granny scarf was involved. I got the feeling he was going for bohemian rather than Muslim, though with Phil who knows.

The photo above looks like it was taken a good few years after then, though. I had no idea Phil had a Muslima larp phase but I guess it shouldn't be surprising. This particular sjw's entire life has been one cultural appropriation after another, so finding out he roleplayed as a Muslim girl for a while is par for the course.
