On Thursday March 28th, Phil will once again be hosting his Q&A show "Ask the King". As of Tuesday, The King of Hate Forums had amassed 20 submitted questions (the same number as last time), with 2 from "shadowdetective, 2 from "Derichloveslemur", and 4 from "TheReflectingGod". After tweeting about it on Wednesday,
708406

TKOHF thread grew by 1 post, bringing TheReflectingGod's total to 5.

Given that the "funds raised" during March's marathon turned out to be "way, way less" than hoped for, and that an April marathon is now scheduled to remedy this lack, questions submitted in chat with dollar bills attached may be the main focus of attention.

@Dragoonism:

"So on the upcoming AtK he wants people to ask him political questions since there is so much going on in the world and people surely wants his opinion on things.
HINTArticle 13HINT"

On top of providing Phil with a format to run his mouth on a "diversive" range of topics, such as politics, these "special events" are an opportunity to re-write and/or add to his running narrative. For example, with ACKs the King Ep. 74 he introduced the plot point that “Youtube began de-monetizing edited style content videos” which forced him to rely wholly on his "raw" playthroughs, and that Machinima fired him solely because of one "rich bitch" CEO.

I just want to hear more avout the car wreck.

Was there more than one near fatal accident? One in high school and one in 2004? How did the car catch in fire? Was this the Pontiac Grand Am? Why did Mama Burnell forbid him from driving on that road specifically? Was Phil legally required to wear glasses at the time of the accident, and if so, was he? Is there any truth to Aireaidlord's claim that Phil sued over the accident and was getting money? How has Phil been able to tell multiple versions of this story but not once before in ten years has he mentioned his head and face got burned up?

I’m just chocking it up the usual Dave retconing his lore every other time as usual with these kinds of things.

No. Wasn't one. It didn't. No, that was the car he drove to tournaments. She didn't. He probably was, but he didn't care because he's too prideful and stupid to wear glasses. He didn't get any settlement money because Aireaidlord claimed he used it to buy the condo that he's still 100 grand in the hole on. Phil lies.

You can Ask the King, or you can Deduce the Truth.

This is something I dont understand as well ,he said that the door was an inch from his face when the car crash happened, how did he burned his face? Did the car suddendly combusted when it took damage like in GTA? How does the door catch on fire and burn his face in a car crash exactly?

Guy I dont want to jump to conclusions but Phil migth be lying.?

This maybe is a little off-topic but after seeing the questions that he is generally asked in Acks the king, why does he even do this? He gets asked stupid questions that no one cares about or he gets asked question like "Phil would you do X?" only to respond that whatever is being suggested will never work, being that getting a job, doing something related to his finances or changing anything about his streams. His responses are just rambles or excuses about why he does not do X.

And he alredy did 74 episodes of him answering question for an hour,do you know any other youtubers(who are more famous than Phil) doing this? No? Yeah because they know no one cares about hearing them making excuses or answering stupid questions. He also has a 30 to 60 minutes pre-stream everyday talking about whatever comes to his mind,if people want to stay up to date with whatever he is doing they can just listen to pre-streams.

The only reason why I belive he does this is because he is a narcisist and doesnt pick up the fact that almost no one cares. The only famous person that I know of that does a regular Q&A is Jordan peterson but he is a millon times more famous and respected than Phil and since he is a psychologist people actually care about his professional opinion so you can discern something of value out of his Q&A rather than "Hey phil, woudl you take a stable job if you cloud?"
" What? that would never work, there is no such thing as stable jobs in America, you know nothing about reality dismissive fake laugther"

This, but also because people still pay him money to ask him those questions. If you could make a few hundred dollars in 3 hours just talking about nothing, wouldn't you? If he didn't get money thrown at him, he would stop doing it.

10/10 thread title. I haven't watched one of these segments in a while. Still amazed that people are willing to pay him money to give his uninformed opinion on anything. How exactly does this differ from his daily 1+ hour pre stream? Does he still wear the cowboy hat?

Cowboy hat and full-screen 480p webcam with no pretense of him fumbling around in a game. Working off of 1 sheet of printed questions thinking that will take him the full four hours he wants.

Though he is starting later, so maybe it'll only run 2 hours, then his usual 3 hour mid day break, and be back for 2 hours of suckyrow.

Don't forget to tip him some money so he can afford the printing ink which is probably already dried out. How often you think he has to change the colors? Once a year, so each time he does an ACKs the King?

In the company I work we often get e-mails with a note in the signature (paraphrased): Only print out if needed, stay green.
You know, inking print is quite tahxic and bad for the environment. I don't recommend licking your fingers after changing cartridges. And Phil, yes, can't read his short and easy questions on screen (or mobile) or write them down with pen and paper. The guy who begs for pennies to pay his taxes. But I guess it costs nothing, like a trip to the Space Needle. Only long term thinking shills add up their expenses over time, if you look short term everything is cheap, amazing!

That's actually amazing. It would be one thing if he did his Q&A and then played video games for the rest of the time. Or even played Sekiro in the "main stream" and did the Q&A in the second "chill" stream. But no, he considers his Q&A important enough to be the main 4-hour stream of the day.

Phil, huge fan for ten years. One quick question, can you please go over your taxes and explain your income for 2018, and where all that money went? I think my fellow long time fans would be more generous if they knew where this money was really going. Maybe an explanation of how two internet lines cost less than just one, this time with actual numbers to validate the claim.

Also, quick question about the Connecticut condo. You said that no property management company would touch the Deerfield Woods condos because they are so bad. Why does every Google search bring up 5 star reviews and people raving about how peaceful and nice they are? Crime reports list it as the 8th safest spot in the city while a crime map of Renton shows burglaries, car thefts, assaults, and drug crimes all within a few blocks of your home. Is it possible that a property management company wanted to talk to a real person on the phone to confirm a legitimate client instead of spending time and resources corresponding over email?
