That wasn't Phil's domicile in Philly - it was Robert Wayne Stiles' place and trash can. Rika also took that pic as well and didn't notice a dirty trash can in the background.
Unless he's a Philospher himself it's entirely possible he didn't. The lighting and cosplay look different enough and the tankie scene has no shortage of weird doughboys. There is a stark contrast between "Queer Weaboo Revolutionary" and "Dollar Store Che Cosplay".

Yes he's the only person in history to have the dubious honour of having two ED pages, one before troondom and one post troondom. they are both really long and really detailed (for ED anyhow).

I've often considered using him as a character in my writing. The problem is that he's just too much of a caricature to really work - if you wrote him as he is, it would just come across as a really crude stereotype of SJW culture.
Phil is a lot like Chris, you can't make this shit up. He's such a weird mix of crazy batshit insane that you can't fabricate anything as uniquely as nuts as he really is an when you try you have to trash it because it just looks fabricated.
