So what are the odds he's actually changed his name? I find it very hard to believe that he'd set a foot near an actual court house, and given the way he looks I'd be surprised if the guards didn't follow him to make sure he wasn't up to shit.

He's legally changed his name to Ahuviya Rotem Harel before. I don't doubt he's fully intent on legally changing it again to Isabel Rosa Araujo. And a few years later, he'll legally change it again to some other new exotic flavor of the week.

But it will ALSO include proving to the judge that he's financially irresponsible enough to piss money away on frivolous crap like ugly tattoos, bondage gear and a second name change while he is still homeless. And proving it to the name change judge won't mean too much, but proving it at his disability hearing will mean quite a bit. I can't imagine the judge will be happy with his disability is paying for that garbage. I have to imagine there will be one of two results: judge says 'if you're just going to spend your money on stupid crap, I'm taking your disability away.' or the judge give him a payee who makes sure he's spending the money on things like rent, hygiene, utilities and groceries.
I expect him to get a payee, just because Phil is retarded enough that ANYBODY could tell he's disabled. I just hope the payee is his daddy.

If it's approved, there is certainly going to be much proud gloating from Phil.
If it's not approved, there's going to be either an angry rant from Phil about "transmisogyny," or he'll lie and claim it was approved. Or both (somehow).
Either way, he's going to angrily insist (with possible impotent threats) that we still call him "Isabel. Rosa. Araujo."
You have to amend your birth certificate in the state where it was filed. Cisabel was not born in California.
