It's not even Photoshopped, ADF had fucking MS Paint clearly open in the screenshots he was feeding everyone.
Did any of his faked surgery screenshots even say what his "surgery" was? Even if they were actually his, all I saw evidence of was a possibly HIV-related hormone deficiency and an unspecified inpatient procedure. It seems odd he has nothing that says "orchiechtomy." They were either forgeries or he got some other procedure like ginger root extraction or anal wart removal and is passing it off as tranny surgery.

To be completely 100% fair most people are not aware of snipping tool and still take screen shots by hitting "prtscr" and then dumping it into paint or word, it's about the only thing I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt over because the images are clearly doctored.
Yeah, our rotund friend really has us in the ropes - he posted quite possibly doctored screencaps about procedures that weren't related to testicle remover maneuvers and we said "Ehh, not likely". And he still reads our every comment obsessively, I think he has achieved the point that he can't live without us anymore. If we were truly are on same level as creationists, how come he just cannot ignore us? It's not like we'd ever get near him voluntarily, due to stench.

He's incapable of introspection on some level, I have yet to see him show honest genuine remorse for his words or deeds in any way and when he does he'll only do it in such a way that he thinks he can successfully back peddle from later if needed, but he normally just ignores anything that he can't recall and screams Oppression a little louder.
He very rarely has those moments we see in Chris where he's talking about something an has a sudden momentary realization that just maybe his life sucks, He tends to wallow in self pity but that an confusion is his general default state of being (How depressing statement is that), and it's compounded by his laziness and myopic view point, you an I might have long term goals we want to work towards for example I want to learn to sail a boat for example and I'm taking courses to learn to do that you might want a new car that you'd need to save up for the down payment on so you save accordingly, with Phil his goals are hampered to what he can achieve with in the next month and even then only if the Tugboat will allow it and on some level he bemoans that fact but he won't do anything to correct it because he'll be easily distracted by something that's part of the reason why his limited understanding of Communisim sounds so attractive to him on the surface it sounds ideal for him and he can't be bothered looking into anything that requiers effort to understand because makes his brain hurt.
