Technically it is a hate crime when you commit a crime against someone specifically because you think they're of a particular ethnic or other protected group, even if they're not, but in reality? They're not going to prosecute some fucking autistic retard for just being retarded. Chris would get away with it now just like he got away with it then (assuming that like back then he didn't have a bunch of priors which would fuck him now if he actually did this now again).

Not only that, but Chris is now also considered part of a "special protected class" on top of being a Mongo. He identifies as a transgender woman, and they're like the most special and protected of special protected classes these days. If that whole "hit Snyder with a van" ordeal happened today the judge would have gone just as easy on Chris, and may even be more lenient. There may have even been massive backlash against Snyder for "discrimination and bigotry" against a poor transwoman. Wouldn't matter if Snyder is Jewish, or even black, he's still a Cis-Het male which would make him an evil oppressor of the patriarchy in regards to Chris.

I'm actually surprised he doesn't commit more offenses just so he can indulge himself at the expense of the justice system, just like he indulges towards Lego, vidya, and his sex toys thanks to the American taxpayer (tugboat)

Because he's fucking scared of the consequences. Part of what makes Chris, well, Chris is how his parents protected him from the fallout of so much. Even the Snyder trial didn't leave THAT much of a ramification since Barb ended up taking the brunt of that one, though it did burn out Bob's pension.

But where being party to hitting a man with a moving vehicle failed...blatantly pepper spraying a Gamestop employee didn't. Chris got straight up arrested and even with mommy dearest having to bail his ass, he still spent a full night in the slammer. Chris loves to go on in excessive detail about everything in his life, with obvious skews of bias to favor him to the point it's obvious the opposite is true, but to date he hasn't said a word about his experience in jail. That's how traumatizing the experience was.

And as we all know, Chris will avoid discomfort like the plague. As such, I don't think a sufficent reward exists that could incentivize Chris to even attempt to break the law again in a way that could risk another trip to a jail cell. That's why we got shit like him mailing the stupid glitter bomb to The End Games, even though it was beyond obvious it was him because he just had to include the drawing of the eyes and his style is very distinctive if childish.

I would've thought he made a FB post. I guess there was no embellishment Chris could've concocted that would warrant it. I'm surprised Chris didn't go mute after that experience.

I wish I could tell you that Chris-Chan fought the good fight, and he summoned up many curse-ye-ha-me-has and called down Godes lightning from the light socket, and the Sisters let him be. I wish I could tell you that - but prison is no fairy-tale world.
