Some of them Phil claims were $100, some he claims were $500.
And then there are a few of them that costed $$$ and then had to be retouched/redone for another $$$.
Pretty sure that Phil could have afforded a place to live and better food had he not been getting a new tattoo or four every month.

So just the 57 completed tattoos on Phil then. The fact he's so proud of ruining his body with so many ridiculous and offensive tattoos that he has a master list chronicling them all is so pathetic it's not even laughable.

If he manages to live long enough to be put in some form of assisted living home I feel sorry for the staff who are going to have to wash his body every day. It just baffles me how anyone could get so many awful tattoos done to themselves, never mind being proud enough to keep a list.
