Today the Beard revealed a 400 page takedown order on Nick's stream which he has filed which appears to primarily target Ron Toye.

He stated this is a necessary preliminary legal action which is required before filing a libel lawsuit.

He inserted himself into this in defense of m’lady (and fails to see the patently obvious, that his lady love fucked Vic while she was in the stagnant relationship with hToye, and this is her attempt at blame shifting and covering her infidelity.) There was part of Nick's stream last night where Ty mentioned that he needed to send out all of these takedown notices for every single defamatory tweet.

By no means am I claiming Soye is some kind of 4D chess player, but what if someone just posted so many statements all over the internet, that it becomes physically impossible for even an entire team of lawyers to keep up with the sheer volume of it? At what point does the amount of effort to deal with the pure unbridled autism become too much to bear?

Also, does anyone know if these all need to be posted individually? I can understand wanting to send it all as one packet, but can you imagine being the mail carrier that has to delivery 400 individual letters to someone one day? And it's not just 400 letters, but 400 letters all from the same sender, which is a law firm. That's the kind of shit you'd remember for decades.

His lawyer will advise to delete the tweets. Taking the advice is another issue. Even if he deleted his account he’d just make a new one soon since he can’t help but tweet about Vic.

The real test will be what he does if he gets slapped with a TRO for his bullshit. Then he can actually go to jail if he keeps up his idiocy.

The test for preliminary injunctive relief:

If a court grants a TRO it is also at least a preliminary opinion as to the likely merits of the case. It isn't a guarantee that you'll lose, but the court is saying right at the outset that odds are good you will lose.

Ron's "lol I don't care " and other similar shit in addition to the sheer volume of crap he emanates is a very strong argument for a restraining order.

Double his tweet volume. There may be a brief respite following his next lawyer meeting. Simply because his lawyer is going to take his phone and smash it with a hammer. So it will take him a day or so to get a new one.
