Pros and Cons of a "Phil in New York" saga:

PRO:

• Lots of combination dildo shop/tattoo parlors.
• Active LGBT scene that he can embarrass himself in.
• Large Puerto Rican community that he can embarrass himself in.
• Even if he sticks to the "nice" neighborhoods, there's still a fair chance he'll wander into the projects by mistake.
• He might bump into A-Log.

CON:

• There are a lot of Kiwis in the area and we're okay with him being someone else's problem.
