She lost ten pounds of water and is dehydrated. She didn't lose ten pounds of fat just from being sick for one day.
If she knew she was 3 lbs away from the dreaded 500, why did she go on an eating spree all month?

Also, I wonder if AL knows her Fitbit will infact count some driving movement towards her steps. Probably not. There's an app called DRIVEBIT you can get that helps -- although the newer Fitbit models might be better about how it tracks movement -- I'm not sure.
I don't understand why they are counting the "weight they've lost" from their last weighins (Beck 280, AL 497) as weight lost for their "contest". Start from the first weigh in in 2018 you goobers.

1. I take back what I said in the other thread about the portion not being too big.
2. I know that the day the videos were made and the day they were uploaded are different, but it's still an awful amount of grocery trips in a very short period of time. I suspect this new diet is just an excuse to spend money.
3. the size of the packages she chose is quite telling - biggest size packages of the more processed stuff and smaller containers/packages of fresh food (with the exception of the spinach).

If Amber (497 elbees) lost a Becky (-288 elbees) she'd still be obese (=209)!!!
Hah as if Twinkie is the weight of the average chihuahua. I remember one time they went to the vet and Twinkie was 16lb. So she’s really only 31 Twinkies. Poor dog.

She weighed 497 a MONTH ago. This was before the eating sprees nearing the end, so she definitely gained. Amber was definitely over 500 pounds.
