First amendment only protects communicative photos (quite long article, so go get yourself some coffee). Just posting a random picture doesn't qualify. Also, if the platform allows for minors to use it, they could be levied some obligation to enforce their community rules, or up the age limit.

To recap. If you attach a message that is a sincere attempt to state something, like "this is what happens when you flirt with mentally unstable boys, and no, this is not a threat but a public announcement", then you should be good. If you post it with "lol, look at this bitch", then you are not good.

Those cases don't say that. They're all about actually taking the photograph or video in the first place. In the cases where the person was prohibited from taking the photograph, they openly admitted they had no intention of ever disseminating them to an audience.

The first case is about taking a photograph of some buildings for personal use. The second about videotaping a school performance.

The third is about a reporter taking photographs at a crash scene that had been closed to the public for safety reasons. Just claiming to be a reporter doesn't give you access to areas prohibited to the general public.

The other cases are about the vagaries of qualified immunity and not whether a right exists, just whether you can successfully sue law enforcement for violating it.

In this case, the perp clearly actually posted the picture to the Internet, but it's not his right to take the picture that's the issue. He certainly didn't have the right to murder the victim and it isn't relevant whether he could be separately punished for the photographs.

This is about the content of material actually posted and redistributed, for instance, on websites like this one. Content-based discrimination is absolutely prohibited outside of "obscenity," and whatever crime photographs are, they are generally not distributed for the purposes of sexual arousal by the display of genitals.

If you've known people like her in real life, there really is no way the end up changing. That's movie shit. I think people look at her age and think it is a phase, but if even half of whats's said about her is real then this was always going to happen, either this or a drug overdose or some other such tragedy.
