Tom's address has been marked "bad" by the City of Tucson because the court wants to collect on the fines and they have not been able to find him because he never updated his info when he moved. The fines are growing and tom is coping with the stress of this previously unknown information by claiming that he has a letter saying he performed community service.

As of right now, there is no proof of such a letter or that the court will even accept that in lieu of his gross lateness in payments.

For the uninitiated, let me take you back to tell you how he received one of these fines. This was back when tom has a whole squad of tardwranglers watching over him that he would call daily to talk about trolls on the internet

Tom got really mad at Kiwis and AMB for laughing at him, so he decided he would do something about it. He went to the courthouse because he was going to get temporary restraining orders to block people from laughing at him on the internet. However, he forgot to clean out his pockets, and they found pot on him when he was going through security. This absolute retard brought pot wiht him to the City of Tucson Courthouse.

So now, he owes at least $1,289.15, and they are going to come and take it out of his hobo ass.
