Mighty lame first comments on both of those posts. Chris' Facebook weens aren't a clever bunch.
I honestly don't know what Chris is talking about. The most that came about from Sonic's arm colour changing was a few people whining (as is the norm with the Sonic fanbase) and Chris himself being a dumbass.
On a side note, Muffins is actually a decent name. Also, did he forget that not one, but two of the main characters are named after food they love to eat?

If I gave even a tiny morsel of shit about the subject matter I would argue that 'derpy' isn't particularly offensive to disabled people. As far as I can tell (from a 5 second google search) this character is in no way disabled, just a dumbass. Secondly the term 'derpy' isn't a derogatory word for disabled people. It's a crap name, granted, but I personally think that anyone who says it's offensive is an over-sensitive jackass.
It's good to see that Chris's blarms crusade hasn't yet come to an end. It's also nice to see that he threw out references to it totally out of context, expecting people to know what the fuck he's on about. Glad to see the return of 'UGH!!!' as well. His second comment is basically autism incarnate, perhaps appropriate when discussing MLP.
Overall these comments are an excellent return to form and they tick all the Chris-Chan boxes. We've got out-of-context ranting about blarms, onomatopoeic outbursts, making demands on the internet and expecting everyone to bow to his whim immediately, random capitalizations, discussing matters than no one over the age of nine should care about and showing the true extent of his autism to everyone by asking what a facial expression means. A+

Another interesting fact (if any of this can be called interesting), is that two minutes before he complained about ponies being named after what they like to eat, he liked a post about Cookie Monster, who is, you know, named after what he likes to eat. And who also has blue arms, come to think of it. Maybe there are different rules for ponies, hedgehogs, and monsters.

I mean, Blake Sonichu, Slaweel, Walter Grisby, Megagi, hell, he forced Alec to change Asperchu to Mitch along with everyone else of the Chaotic Combo.

Where the hell do people get the idea that derp/derpy is a slur against mentally challenged people. It just means they're clumsy or accident prone or look silly. The last time people flipped shit over her name was when soccer moms got pissy when she was in an episode. Why can't he just fucking be quiet and not make an himself and whatever he's touching look bad, but then again that's his nature.
I've seen this episode. It's the one where he's banned from TRU for macing an employee over a pony toy's name.

Which is funny because they called the writer of that episode who has a disabled kid herself who loves the character, an "ableist".
Also, Hasbro is too scared of the drama behind her to name her in the show, he posted this only because the official MLP facebook account made a post using that name. But heh, nice to see some classic Chris.
Well most people just got over it by now, I don't get as much shit over it as I used to back then. Kinda miss the rage in stuff like YouTube or ingame chats

People were, but Chris' rage was so comically over the top compared to how most people upset by the change handled it.

It's interesting because a lot of people actually were legitmately upset about Sonic's arms turning blue.
People actually DID write letters to Hasbro when they changed Derpy's name too.
Chris is is probably viewing the riot largely because it's a big thing in such a specific community.
