So Phil lost his smartphone in New Mexico? I wonder if cops confiscated it after all?
I believe Phil refused to pay his phone bill becuase it was high so the company turned it off.
Also, I see he's posting from a public library. It's possible his mom grounded him from the internet.
He has to post from the library now. His phone was turned off because he refused to pay some $400 phone bill. He made a huge status about it a while back.
It has to be a library I think. Phil doesn't have enough IRL friends who would hook him up with Internet whenever he needed it.
Apparently, he's too stupid to steal wifi from any of the dozens of places (including McDonalds) that have it for free. That would have saved him a lot of money and he'd still have a phone.
Oh yeah - that post he made about "not paying the phone bill anymore because screw capitalism." Now I remember. Phil's "brilliant" plan didn't work out that well, did it?
Also, why does every single FB post Phil uploads have to have his location in it?
Screw himself is more like it. Most social agencies you deal with need contact information and if you just disappear, so do those sweet tard bucks, eventually. Because he's stiffed the phone company, he won't be able to get anything but prepaid, or some plan with a hugely inflated price.
So he's going to end up spending a lot more on phone than he would have had he not been a spastic moron. Plus he won't have a data plan and will have to stink up a library like the smelly bum he is to use Internet at all.
He's hoping someone, anyone, even a Kiwi, will come and shatter his pathetic loneliness.
hahaha implying phil will be able to live without 4G and a huge data plan on some expensive toy

I'm new to this guy but last time I checked, he's homeless and is on welfare. Yet, he's wanting tattoos, gender change surgery, etc. It seems that priorities are nonexistent to him. How does he survive these days? Second, wouldn't the tattoo artist ask their clients to be shaved and cleaned first to avoid any risk of infection when adding tattoos in?
From some of the "after" pics of recent tattoos, most of his arm is still covered in a thick layer of filth, and only the infected-looking area with the tattoo has even been half-assedly sponged off before the tattoo so you can actually see his skin is pink like a pig's.
So apparently his tattoo artist is the kind of sketchlord for whom cleanliness is not really a big issue.

Yikes! I hope he doesn't get an infection since that medical bill is going to bite him in the ass. Didn't know tattoo artists could get away with this. Money matters right? Phil signed the waiver so the tattoo artist can't be sued.

Its been a while since I last saw the images of Phil. He looks like a stereotypical biker to me.
Bikers are often pretty fat and big in that bear kind of way, but they're usually pretty muscular, too. Not out of shape wimps like Phil. A tough biker is physically imposing and scary in a way not many people are. Many of them are actually pretty chill, but in a way you know this is someone you do not want to piss off.
I can't imagine anyone being at all intimidated by Phil, ever, under any circumstances. Except maybe a child. Or a disabled woman like his mom who he was beating the shit out of.
"coastlines of Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil". Uh... Phil, I think brazilians aren't exactly 'latinos'... Trust me. I know what I'm talking about. And they don't have ANYTHING to do with the Spanish. They were colonized by the Portuguese.
Wow that ruddy halation around the tattoos is just awful. Worse than previously thought.
