IIRC he has had a couple of his tats and piercings get mildly infected. I recall Phil posting a couple photos of one tat that was red, scabby, and had bits of white stuff on it. But, yes, Phil has been extra lucky to have avoided any major infections and health problems with how filthy and unhygienic he is. That's another reason why I don't believe he got GRS.

That last photo Phil posted looked really suspicious, what with the left hand all blurry. Like maybe it's a bad photoshop.
