The jury's still out. Since Phil refuses to show a clear picture when it should be easy as pie and he instead shows us angles and shots that look like dick-tucks, I am strongly on the side of NOT.
We have no definitive proof one way or the other, but there is far more evidence suggesting that he faked the whole thing to try to get a "win" against us than there is proof he actually did get his man meat mangled into a mangina.
With how small his twig and berries are? I doubt he felt a thing.
I guess the next time the home invasion team does a raid they'll need to pull down his pants and see if there's a winkie there.
