I thought Yaniv was arrested but not charged for the taser and other “weapons”. The US can deny entry if foreigner has been arrested. If Jonathan doesn’t disclose he has been arrested, that would cause a lot of problems for him.

What I meant was that AFAWK, he is free, not in custody. So disclosing any details of an ongoing case could jeopardize the case, the accused could even run and hide.
