First time ive watched a tooter video all the way. I love how optimistic he is every step of the way, that court date is right around the corner always, except it's never even close to happening. He thinks he's the smartest guy in the room, like the people not eating out of the dumpster are the crazy ones.

Also, the police he deals with are pretty polite and trying to be sympathetic props to them.
