The most likely explanation for this is that Phil plans to create a new page using his new name of "Isabel". CIS agents should stay vigilant for the new page possibly cropping up.

Edit: Another explanation is that the page was reported by others to Facebook who then took it down for breaching the terms of service (making threats and such).

Edit 2: Page is back up. Apparently it was set to private for a short time.

Nah, that would probably be the easiest and most reasonable thing to do (well, compared to Phil's usual dreck; the most reasonable thing to do would be sticking with one identity rather than changing it every few weeks). Phil's more likely to bitch, whine and moan until every SJW from her to Portland reblogs about the injustice of a fat white guy not being recognized as a transwoman of colour...
