Real sad watching a grown ass man trying to get someone to hang out with him. He's willing to bus out to someone's home and most likely plans on crashing on their couch while offering nothing except his foul presence. Or he's trying to get some action which is equally depressing/disgusting.

I love how his go to threat for the TPD is always 'I'll have to take this to court' as if they'll all suddenly start freaking out and working on a case that'll probably be shunted aside. Bringing up how it cost 3000$ to bring out firetrucks; I wonder how much time and money Tom has wasted over 30+ years of pestering the local police?
