Unless something's changed recently, Yaniv has consistently tried to avoid direct engagement with Null as much as possible. So that's why I doubt Yaniv would want to initiate or engage in a PM thread with dear leader.
During one of Null's streams when the original Yaniv megathread started to take off in viewership and popularity, Null called Yaniv and the latter couldn't get off the phone fast enough, and I think he even asked dear leader not to call him any more when the latter asked the former if they wanted to say anything about the thread or their displeasure with it.
When Yaniv tried to get content and/or the site taken down, Null shared how Yaniv wouldn't send complaints to the actual ISP hosting stuff and instead chose to target surrounding ones instead -- ones that couldn't take the action Yaniv requested.
This is probably in part because Null is male and also because dear leader has stated for the record he would gladly stand up to and engage Yaniv if the latter were to file legal action against him or the 'Farms. We already know Yaniv runs off like a scaredey-cat when people respond to Yaniv's bullying tactics by standing up for themselves, so it's no surprise those threats of lawsuits have remained nothing more than impotent bluster.
Could Yaniv be engaging in conversation with other mods? Perhaps. But I'm sure if Yaniv wants privileges restored or the ability to do anything other than converse via PM, the response will be "You have to talk to Null" which would require Yaniv to swallow enough pride to risk choking to death.

I think his "official position" is the he cannot, because otherwise he might (could) be subpoena'd to do what is essentially a wiretap. Not sure, as this is purely hypothetical on my part though.
Edit: Although, he might be able to bury it in the user agreement or terms and conditions.
A couple things:
1) JY did engage Null twice this week, one with the SAME EMAIL he used to strike Null's YT 12/26 and once to issue the WGKitty "lawyer warning. He signs in to lurk here including knowing Null has all the logs. So yeah, he's poked the bear.
2) JY's indirect hits at Null weren't inconsequential. I would say 90 percent of network engineers would not have been able to handle a datacenter loss by basically building their own solution. As DL says, he got google.ca to ban the whole site here over the pussy publication ban., and as we've seen, 90 percent of Web sites observed it internationally.
See, it's not JUST that JY doesn't have people who won't stand up to him, it's that 90 percent of them have gotten shot down without recourse until the pub ban was lifted due to JY's own virtue-tweeting, which was then overrode by the prevailing signal. Which wouldn't have existed but for the Farms, which in turn wouldn't exist outside of one guy on the Internet smarter than 90 percent of those in his field and willing to tell that 90 percent to fuck off.
When you come right down to it, their thinking is that “woman = broken or inferior man.” Which is probably why the terfs fucking loathe them.
For all their talk of a speeeeectrum of genders etc, they think in stark binary. Don’t like trucks and guns? You’re a woman.
Dear Leader has the balls to tell an entire county’s police force to fuck off back to their shithole island and builds impossible computer-machine edifices to confound the clinically stupid.
Yaniv wears his mother’s clothes and can’t figure out how to use throwaway emails.
There’s no question that he’s scared of

I knew someone who wasn't able to save another person's life in an accident, and they felt like they failed as a man because of that, and they trooned out afterwards. When I heard their rationale for becoming a woman I thought "well that's fucking offensive."

He was drunk, but I could see a hypothetical gain. First he gets attention, second if he presents it well, the SJWs generally already hate the farms, especially the big time troon and pro troon SJWs as well as the same cast of people who railed hard against gamergate. Anyway considering that cast of usual suspects with their pronouns in their twitter bio, one could potentially attempt to repair their reputation and get their support if you come at them with tales of getting cyberbullied by the farms, claim you've started getting twitter death threats, you're being harassed and stalked IRL. Hell you could claim its so terrible you have to run and hide at a safe house 2.5 towns over, and by safe house I mean shitty motel.
Of course Yaniv wouldn't flee, he couldn't give up the internet access he has for long enough to even make a token show of it. However what everyone knows about those SJWs, they don't research anything. They hear victimization and their immediate response is to get mass triggered and start calling for blood. If I was a cow, and was looking to profit off of my infamy that would be the type of bullshit act i'd do. I'd make a few socks, continue being a cow for a few months, send some mean possibly alt right or incel esque tweets to random people on them, and then suddenly DM myself to lend credibility to the story if it doesn't happen naturally and use that to start a kickstarter or gofundme or patreon and profit off of the SJWs rushing to defend me.
I suspect he's hoping to blame Kiwi Farms for Blaire's doxing.

He posted that first tweet at 0450 and the second at 0620. He was last seen here around 2145ish. Those are pretty coherent tweets for someone who was soooo drunk the night before and then up before 5 in the morning digging through the parking lot for trash.

Makes sense. Looking at how he spends money, liquor in canada isn't cheap at all. I imagine their finances are stretched to the point that he can't particularly afford it. I just know other lolcows spend on stupid shit when they can't so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Either way, I could see how Yaniv COULD profit off of coming to the farms aggressively. Obviously they can't come and post like he did, not without the means to erase and cover up belligerent behavior. I don't see a reason to behave as he did, not for a con at least. All it takes is someone coming and looking at what he posted to see that in this instance he isn't a victim. That won't stop virtue signalers, they see a potential victim and they are right 100% of the time, but that will only take him so far. The only way I could see him coming out ahead is finding rubes who still believe his stupid I was hacked story.
I can see how one could do it, I do not think Yaniv is smart or crafty enough to pull off such an effective long con. Look at how overt he is when trying to game the BCHRT. With both the fries and his cases against the waxers. Anyone can see what he is trying to do from a very cursory glance at his behavior, and all it takes is a few aestheticians speaking out that he contacted them, they were willing, but he decided not to use their services. The same is true for his child grooming. Anytime he wants something he goes in for the kill, right away. He has absolutely no patience at all, and it always seems to lead to his undoing to anyone with common sense.
