Look at the definition he posted: Chris is exactly none of those things. So yeah, in this context Chris is 100% not gay.

Nothing new here. He's always used the word "homo" and assumed it was neutral. He told Julie that when he made the video saying "I am gay," it was the first time he had used the word. I assume the word "gay" gives him the same physical nausea as images of dicks and male torsos. Singing "It's OK to be gay" made him literally sick, until he was able to internalize the alternative definition of "stupid," which allowed him to do the second take with the fake eyeglasses and mustache. Now, apparently, he's trying to participate in the LBGT community and is trying to defend his word choice as non-offensive. He's not saying anything here about gay people, just vocabulary. But it's only a matter of time before his irrational sensitivities get him in trouble.
