So Tapas is mostly a webcomic and book app hosting many artist's and writers' creations. At some point you can tip them with their in app currency which is how artist can make money, or the artist can put a few free chapters in and then make the rest of the chapters for purchase.

I wonder when Chris will start posting to webtoons.
