Agreed; a letter like that would be pretty generic and Phil could have left with it right after his appointment. I call bullshit until he posts an image of the letter (such a letter could be faked of course, but I don't think Phil has the skill to pull off such a scam convincingly).

I really hope he has gotten his second letter. I think the chapter of Phil's life that will begin when Phil gets his balls cut off will be amazing. Think of all the possible infections and complications that could come from the surgery itself, Phil still failing at riding a bike, and maybe (one day) the realization that he has made a terrible mistake and the chimpout that will follow.
