Looking at the information bar at the top; Phil's been surfing the net on a 1G connection and at the time this pic was taken the device was plugged in, possibly at super low charge based on the presence of the thunder bolt.

All I can imagine is fatso here sitting somewhere gazing into the smartphone, cabled to some outlet where there's no free wi-fi, as he scours the farms because he's literally got nothing better to do. On a throttled connection, no less. You sure are living the American Dream, ADF.
