That's Seanan McGuire, she's the Marvel writer who Chris bombarded with his autistic multiverse theory and she basically asked him to stop talking to her about it. I'm not sure if she blocked him, but that's why he keeps asking people to not bother her. She wants nothing to do with him and didn't know he was bat shit insane when she was originally talking with him about Marvel theory.
