What a self entitled asshole. If you don't have money you don't get to have luxuries, it's not a hard concept. Nobody owes you anything, if you want to be treated equal you don't get to expect people to worship the ground you walk on. Seriously...wtf?

Also, hair appointments are deserved just for being female?

If you are homeless, I would be way more excited to have a place to stay or good food over blue hair and makeup. I know this is a rhetorical question but, how fucking dumb is Phil? He's begging for money because he needs a hotel and food, then posts about how that money is going towards trivial things. He can't honestly believe his "friends" are that dumb.
So, we know where Phil gets his hair done, now. It's some weird recycled-clothing/hair-dresser place. It sounds pretty weird, but it's a Portland thing, I guess.

He really is flailing in the last little while. Unfortunately, Phil's response to increasing alienation from the few people he is still tolerated by is to sperg out and alienate them further.
Phil deserves many things. Money is not one of them.
