Just string together a couple minutes of John snarl-ticcing with crazy shit like this that looks like it was created for an episode of Criminal Minds, add some discordant strings to it, throw in a moon rock or two and John looks like the batshit crazy raving nut he is.
You don't even need to go into the tranny shit at all, and in fact it's better you don't. After all, there's the political incorrectness of that, but on top of that, being a tranny actually excuses looking a little weird. If they just think John is actually a woman who looks like that, they'll just assume he's a freakshow. Which is also true.
