Windows 10 is like Windows 7 but better. Once you turn off the tracking and remove all the bloatware.

You're not missing anything. Once you tweak the registry a bit to remove all the Microsoft malware, it's a very good general purpose OS. Unlike any single linux distro.

Im just gonna say if you need to organize a shit ton of photos, Mac is the easiest. Organizing and filing shit on Windows is inconvenient.
