I hope Phil gets punched in his whore mouth by a cishet white veteran and the punch is so hard that it knocks one of his teeth out and then I hope Phil picks the tooth up from the ground and tries to put it back in the socket but it's chipped at the roots and super sharp so it cuts his gums and keeps jamming the tooth nerve and he cries stupidly while trying to put his tooth back in and then finally he gets it in and spends three days in extreme pain and anxiety hoping the tooth won't reject and then it doesn't reject but because it's snapped at the roots it introduces a massive infection and makes him seriously sick and then he has to go to a surgeon and get the tooth removed anyway.
