Also Johnny tweeted about getting in talks with a lawyer. I think this is what he meant.

These impotent threats are amazing. What has @WGkitty done that is illegal? I know audio recording someone's private conversation is technically illegal there but as far as I know, if it's something that could naturally be overheard, like a screaming match between a man-child and his mommy, that doesn't quite count.

First and foremost, if you're having a shouting match, outdoors, that can easily be heard into a PUBLIC street, then it's NOT illegal to record it. Second, suing the whole building? Nothing will turn a residential building on you faster than threatening the residents of said building with a lawsuit. More likely, the residents can/will petition the Strata council of your building to begin the legal proceedings to remove you from the property itself. Many property income sources vs. one "iffy" property income source? Do the math you idiot...

As I said over here, JY didn't disappoint in my prediction of doing something even more stupid...keep it up fuzzball! You're only proving that which most people here already know...

Yaniv owns his condo, he doesn't have a landlord (although he is under an HOA), and he can't be evicted.

Owners can be forced to sell if they're disruptive and refuse to follow bylaws. But it does have to go to the Supreme Court. Proof of their disruption as well as proof that they've been requested to follow bylaws has to be produced.

The Supreme Court in BC has tried a similar case under section 173 of the Strata Property Act. It's a long process, rightly so, otherwise it could be abused by massive troontards like Jon boy on innocent owners.

I'm an owner in a strata block in Australia. It's a similar system over here. We are called "owners corporations". In that each unit owner has a lot of entitlement. In my block of 40, that's one entitlement for every owner, regardless of how many apartments any owner has. That means you get one vote only when it comes to AGMs.

If WGKitty wanted to, they could approach other owners in the building and enquire if they wanted to make a formal complaint to their strata manager. That's the manager all the owners agree to hire to manage the property and pay the bills.

Once this complaint is received, the strata manager will have to write a letter to the owner (whether it be Yaniv or the mother) and request that the offending behaviour stop. The letter would have to stipulate which bylaws are being breached and give them advice on how to stop breaching them.

I'm not sure about BC, but here, it's three warnings. After three warnings, the Strata Manager, if directed by the owners corporation, can begin legal action to seek a court order to not breach the bylaws. If the owner continues to breach the bylaws regardless of the court order, then the court can seek to force a sale of the property, and in essence, evict the owner/s.

Like I said. It's a long drawn out process that can take many years. Over here as well, you can't seek that the owner be forced to pay any fines or legal costs involved in them breaching the bylaws. A court can order they pay costs, but you can't legally ask for them direct from the owner.

Anyway, just my two cents as a seasoned strata owner. Hopefully they just throw Yaniv in jail. Something that disgusting shouldn't be allowed to roam the earth praying on young girls.

And whether it was really a lawyer or someone else, it looks like JY wanted someone to be his KF condom, and with the line about wanting to have no further conversations with JY, it seems the KF condom wanted to get the fuck out of Dodge before JY could turn them inside-out and use them a second time.

(I can't think of a more hellish way to spend the afterlife than as a reusable condom in Jonathan's purse. Sweet creeping Jesus!)

Quite honestly Yaniv’s wonderful posting here threatening to slice open WGkitty’s throat, on top of the weapons arrest from last week should be more than enough for the Strate Council to request a protective order baring Yaniv from the property.
