How ironic that Phil says he's against "fascists" while idolizing a totalitarian communist regime.
Phil might or might not have found Ngo but Ngo definitely knows where he is bouncing and squeaking. Journalists have leads, and his call to Ngo would be easily tracable. Should Phil tries anything beyond jive talking, retribution will be swift, brutal, and silent.
