Background:

Due to his behavior, he dropped out of community college, alienated his friends, and became even weirder. However, he was still able to hold a job at a WaWa. Around 2009, he began cosplaying Naruto characters, notably Sasuke. Around this time he assaulted his mother.
2010: Transsexualism and Communism
In 2010, ADF declared himself transsexual, started hormone treatments, and changed his name to Ahuviya Harel. At the time he was an Israeliboo, and specifically took a Jewish name.
It was around this time that ADF ran into money problems, due to his cosplaying habits. This ended with his first suicide attempt/attention grab.
ADF was fired from his job in May due to them not changing his name immediately.

The start of 2015 started with Jingles claiming that he was raped by a hobo at the Red and Black cafe in Portland.

He also declared himself Latina, despite having no Latin American ancestry. He also ramped up his "fuck the popo" rhetoric around this time, possibly in response to Ferguson. This took the form of giving police departments 1-star ratings.
On March 26, 2015, ADF discovered the Kiwi Farms thread on him. The tranny wars had begun.
After making several angry facebook posts, he took to making post it note threat letters, and attempted to cut down the Kiwi Farms with a cease and desist "letter" scrawled on sticky notes.
Hoover became scared of Kiwi Agents tracking him down and killing him, which led to him threatening suicide. With a suicide note plagiarized from Leelah Alcorn's.
After giving up on that, ADF and asspatters grumbled about the farms, and ADF joined under the name @Hispanic_Hitlermobile HI JINGLES!
After being banned and unbanned, the forces of The Analchest Commie Trannies declaired war against Kiwi farms, ED, and 8chan.

Most of this war effort consisted of getting asspats from Facebook, making even more redicoulus claims of being latin@ and getting even more terrible tattoos.
In order to fund the tranny war, ADF attempted to turn to sex work, advertising himself as a professional submissive by posting horrifyingly unsexy pictures of himself in bondage gear.
After abandoning that identity, ADF decided to claim that gamergate had preformed a drive by shooting on him.

This picked up attention, especially because his claims were laughably untrue. For example, there was no news coverage, and the intersection in question doesn't exist.
Of course, it was soon leaked that ADF had made the whole thing up to "scare Kiwi Farms".

ADF has become increasingly paranoid, believing that the Kiwi Farms are plotting to kill him.
It doesn't help that the Kiwis have hacked his asspatter Kinny's facebook account, and leaked embarrassing content from it, including ADF in brownface. I had an idea tonight, and... I think these may be related. Assuming Phil is telling the truth and has legitimate Disassociative Identity Disorder, this may be a symptom. Alternate personas can view themselves as being differently aged, gendered, and possessing other physical qualities than the core psyche. Since parting ways with him, I've had the displeasure of knowing someone who claimed to suffer from DID who explained it in detail... and whether real or imagined, it's possible, from a psychiatric standpoint, that the issues Phil faced (bullying, a world that played by rules he couldn't understand, perceived sexual assault) caused his core persona to retreat inward, while a more aggressive persona came to the forefront. Real DID produces mental constructs designed to handle situations the core psyche cannot (abuse, social situations, feelings of helplessness, etc), and so we examine the need here.

This mental construct ("Ahuviya") would need to be as different from Phil as possible in order to deal with the issues Phil could not, which could explain how she identifies as female, lesbian, latina, and aggressive where Phil was male, gay, Italian, and submissive. Unfortunately, the fragment does not magically gain skills or competency that have not been learned, so we still have... Phil, just in a bunch of different costumes.
