AIDS is not a easily treatable illness, many people with AIDS (most, I believe) die. And knowing Phil's already shaky health and homelessness, as morbid as it sounds, he'll most likely die from his condition.

So, I thought I'd make a general thread for the discussion around his death and his HIV/AIDS. When do you think he'll pass away? Do you think he'll be completely complacent with his treatments? How dramatic will he be about this? Will he blame Kiwifarms to some capacity?

Sonju was a Kiwi field op who deliberately injected Phil with used needles from gay AIDS patients. He answered the call of arms with fortitude and vigor, and for that he will forever be remembered as a true patriot. Phil won't go and get treatment, because that would mean that he was wrong and we were right, and he will die an early death. His final act will be rage-filled vitriol being spewed all over his Facebook asspatter's pages before he curls up into the fetal position under his bridge, looking up to the skies and saying "Oh Comrade Mao, I will be joining you soon. Make me your Naruto-dobe when I come to Chinese Heaven. <3"

To be honest, I'm surprised he hasn't used the possibility of having HIV/AIDS for asspats already. Doing so would fit pretty squarely within his MO.

I'll take the blame, honestly. I reached out with my Rethuglikkkan White Militia, all of which are veterans from the USMC in the 1980s. They undertook a successful covert op and were able to infect a beautiful trans latina potato with the Israeli bio-weapon known as HIV/AIDS. No, even if Phil has HIV he won't admit it. If he did, anybody with the slightest bit of knowledge into trans surgery will be able to tell you he ain't getting any surgery done. Doctors REALLY don't like to operate on HIV positive patients. If they do, it will be at a greatly increased price.... and any price is too high for Phil, so raising the price would be out of the question.

As for HIV itself, it's kinda a terminal illness. I mean, if Phil is infected, chances are he'll have it for the rest of his life. There are a few cases of people who were HIV positive but actually kinda cured themselves, but one was a newborn baby and the other was the Berlin Patient. Even if doctors had some idea for a cure from these cases, it's experimental at this stage and they sure aren't going to waste it on a filthy, retarded, homeless potato.

Even with HIV, it can be managed, resulting in HIV+ people having long lives (look at Magic Johnson, who was infected before many of the people in this forum were even born, but is still up and kicking); but I doubt Phil would be able to do that. It requires taking specific medications at specific times each day and you can't skip medications or take them too late and you can't skip doctors appointments (or else the prescription will run out on you). This is far too much responsibility for someone who has proven himself too irresponsible to shower on a regular basis, not to mention Phil has already proven he's more than willing to throw his medications away in a tard-rage.

So, without medication, what will happen to Phil? Well, how fast AIDS kills people comes down to several conditions....most of which will work against Phil. You slow down the disease by doing things like staying healthy, eating healthy foods, exercising, staying clean and reducing stress. The only things he kinda has going for him is age and genetics, but even those are up in the air. Past that, I'd give him 2-3 years, at most, but it does kinda depend on when he was infected.

Not entirely true. There are a tremendous number of programs out there to help people with HIV, especially in GLBT communities. Plus, Phil is on state health insurance, which should also cover a lot of that. So he has access to treatment.... but he's still too retarded and stubborn to use that access.

Luckily as part of the developed world, antibacterials/antifungals are readily available. We have a much better understanding then we had 25 years ago, so it's definitely less of a problem.

AIDS by itself is rarely fatal, at least to my knowledge. Those who live with it have to take special precautions, but it's only in countries where appropriate medical treatment is rarely available that you get the freaky skeleton-people you often see used as examples of the disease. The majority of AIDS sufferers who die 'from' it actually die from illnesses such as pneumonia, which I believe is also one of the leading causes of deaths from Downs Syndrome.

Quick Edit: Here's some tasty food for thought. How do you think ADF will react when his cuts and bruises stop healing? He's a walking miasma of bacteria and foulness. My bet would be that he has developed fairly powerful immunities due to the filthy conditions he exists in 24/7, but these will sequentially fail as HIV attacks his immune system. Ever seen a giant puffball mushroom decay after sporing? It'll probably look something like that.

I think he is approaching that point already (being a diabetic fatass also contributes to it) and he will probably not mention it on facebook because he doesn't want to admit that he has AIDS to us. Complacent? Treatments? HA! He'll be a royal PITA at every free clinic he shows up at, demanding an instant cure. Then when he's blackballed from everywhere, he'll shake his dirty leather bondage-mittened fist into the air and squeal "GOD DAMN KIKWIS!!!!".
