These types of homes are often very old, and in somewhat shoddy shape. They are popular rentals by landlords who want an easy buck without having to refurbish for that much.
These homes were built, normally in the late 1800's early 1900's . Normally it was to accommodate growing populations during the industrial revolution and growth of factories and mines. When it comes to isolation and soundproofing, there was no such thing back then.

I’ve yet to see a tranny who’s not severely mentally ill. Even if we assume for a second that transsexualism is not a mental illness in itself, how come it’s so hard to find a tranny who’s just a normal, well-adjusted, happy person? I know one in real-life. It started as just a weird dude in their early-mid 20s who was probably high-functioning autist, started to diverge into questionably innuendos and light anime culture (not sure if it was ironic or actually participant) . Then it was the obvious growing of hair long and talking about suicide, depression and drugs. Then onto the testosterone blockers. Then "coming out" and dressing up in pure anime-like dress up and even weird contact lenses. Not sure what it is because I'm not well versed in these subcultures but its about as visually shocking as furry-fandom.

To be honest I regret the jokes about wanting "boi pussy" I made that and such for shits and gigs one day.

But anyway I would not let that person anywhere near children.
